We, A. Kent Jones & Co., Auctioneers and valuers ot The Estate Offices, 43, King Street, Wrexham, acting for and on behalf of Mrs. Mary Emily Jones, the outgoing Tenant of the one part and Mr. John Davies, the ingoing Tenant of the other part having carefully inspected the above.
