DAVIES, J.D. – this name was on the Bangor Civic Society Website – North Wales (Bangor) Memorial Arch for Gresford but NOT on the Gresford Memorial, unless it is the D.DAVIES who is named and is also on the Caergwrle War Memorial as John Douglas Jones DAVIES as his mother lived on Hillock Lane, in Gresford in 1901 and she would, most likely, add his name to the list of names as she lived in Gresford
